in an attempt to be healthy, i decided to pass up pizza friday and instead get subway. but my sandwich was so gross that i ended up tossing it and having some pizza anyway.
so not only did i end up eating pizza, i also wasted money. :(

i worked out on thanksgiving! go me!
so i didn’t hit the gym 4x this week like i’d planned (mostly thanks to car problems), but i did work out 4x so i’m going to consider this as meeting my goal.
sunday: gym
monday: 3.3 mile walk
tuesday: rockin’ body - disco groove (35 min)
thursday: 2 mile run (< 22 min)
i will try to work out the next two days if possible, then i’ll come up with a new goal on sunday for the next week.
ok, so i HAVEN’T stuck to the plan for the week. i didn’t make it to the gym yesterday or today, thanks to my car being a piece of shit. BUT i did work out both days and i think that still counts as a good job.
sunday: gym
monday: 3.30 miles walking
tuesday: rockin’ body - disco groove (35 min)
all i need to do is exercise tomorrow and i’ll have “passed” this week’s goal. i’m kind of worried about squeezing in a workout, though, because we’re supposed to be going out for a family dinner at a restaurant that’s about an hour away, so that’s really going to kill my evening. :\
i suppose if i absolutely can’t do it tomorrow, i’ll work out on thursday instead. that still counts, right? i mean really, shouldn’t it count double if i work out on thanksgiving??
